The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, located near the Phoenix Convention Center, just minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, is the site of the 2024 Mega-Conference.

Although our room block at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown has closed, we may be able to get a few additional conference attendees into our room block. To inquire about reserving a hotel room in our room block, reach out to Cindy Durham in the America's Newspapers office. Please send the following information to cdurham@newspapers.org after you have registered for the Mega-Conference: your name, email address, check-in date and check-out date.

For planning purposes as you make your travel plans, the opening reception for the conference will be on Sunday, April 14, at 5:30 p.m. MDT. Sessions will conclude on Tuesday, April 16, at 3 p.m. MDT.
