Reserve your exhibit space and sponsorships


The Key Executives Mega-Conference is the only major newspaper industry conference of 2020.

This is your chance to talk face-to-face with newspaper executives from across the country.

Our Exhibit Hall features:

  • Open floorplan with food/beverage in the middle space.
  • New sponsorships that will help you make a Texas-size impression at Mega!
  • 8x10 demo booths that give you space to talk one-on-one with potential clients and demonstrate your company's products and services.

All sponsors and exhibitors will receive:

  • A listing in the printed Sponsor/Exhibitor brochure, including contact information for follow-up after the conference.
  • A listing in our online directory of conference sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Sponsor / Exhibitor ribbons added to your nametag.
  • An Excel spreadsheet several weeks in advance of the conference with the attendee list (including email addresses) to help you set advance appointments.
  • Recognition on signage.
  • Premium sponsors also will be recognized on conference slides in the General Session.

Exhibitor set-up will take place on Sunday, Feb. 16, from Noon – 4 p.m. and on Monday, Feb. 17, from 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. The exhibit area will open on Monday, Feb. 17, at approximately 11 a.m.

Exhibitor move-out is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 19, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  Exhibitors are responsible for communicating all information regarding the move-in and move-out schedule to all booth representatives.
