If you want to speak at the 2020 Mega-Conference, here is your chance to submit a proposal!
Proposals for presentations to be made on the "Solutions Stage" during this year's Mega-Conference in Fort Worth will be accepted through Friday, Nov. 15.
Please note: All Solutions Stage presenters must have a commitment and presence with the 2020 Mega-Conference that equals or exceeds that of a booth commitment (minimum of $3,650). View sponsor/exhibitor options
The Solutions Stage, which will be located in the Exhibit Hall, is an excellent opportunity for our R&D partners to get in front of conference attendees during a break-out session and share their expertise and solutions to issues faced by newspapers.
All submissions should include a case study that demonstrates the value of the solution presented, in terms of new revenue, audience engagement or other quantifiable measurement, that will help our planning committee, and our audience, better understand the potential return from investing their time with you. Approved submissions will be grouped together to best meet the needs of the audience. There is no promise of exclusivity and not all submissions will be approved.
Presentations to be made on the Solutions Stage will be promoted in advance of the conference by the association partners, and will be listed in digital and printed programs for the Mega-Conference.
The content planning committee will review proposals submitted. While the committee expects that all presenting companies will be financially supporting the conference through sponsorships and/or exhibit space, decisions about which proposals to give stage time to will be based on the value of the presentations to conference attendees – not on the level of spend. The selected presentations will be slotted on the stage during time frames determined by the planning committee. The committee also retains the right to move given presentations from the Solutions Stage to other portions of the conference program.
R&D partners whose proposals are not approved will have an opportunity to make revisions and re-submit for any remaining open positions on the agenda. The 2020 Mega-Conference planning team will work with sponsors and exhibitors as time permits to help with the resubmission process. However, there are no guarantees of placement on the program.
