MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY:
America’s Newspapers is committed to holding the Mega-Conference in a safe and effective environment for Solutions Partners and attendees. If the conference is unable to proceed on the dates scheduled due to CDC restrictions; federal, state or local government regulations; or due to other circumstances beyond our control, our priority will be to reschedule the event within 12 months and transfer all registrations, sponsorships and exhibits to the new event date. If the event is unable to be rescheduled within 12 months, we will provide 100% refund for any and all registrations, sponsorships and exhibits. However, it is our intent to hold the conference as scheduled!
SPONSORSHIP AND REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will provide a refund for Sponsorships, Exhibits and Registrations less a 10% processing fee if your cancellation is received by Feb. 28. For cancellations received between March 1 and March 31, 50% of your registration fees will be refunded. No refunds are possible for cancellations after April 1, but substitute registrations will be accepted.
ADDITIONS/ENHANCEMENTS TO SPONSORSHIP SPACE:
Sponsors are welcome, and encouraged, to enhance their display space to engage attendees. However, any additions or changes to sponsor spaces must be approved by, and administered through, America’s Newspapers. Sponsors are not allowed to work directly with the hotel or any outside companies for any event held in conjunction with the Mega-Conference. However, we are happy to work with you and will do our best to facilitate any ideas you have. Contact Patty Slusher (email@example.com) to discuss options.
Payment is due in full within 10 business days of receipt of invoice. Following the 10 business days, the sponsorship level will be made available to other vendor companies, unless other payment arrangements are made. Contact Paulette Sheffield (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information.
